Any personal data in printed form should be kept in a locked file cabinet, drawer, or safe, with limited access. Confidential documents will not be left unattended, and general access to them will be denied. All electronic devices are protected with a password to safeguard information against theft. Digital data is encrypted, encoded, or protected with a password on a network drive unit, which regularly creates backups and is located off-site from the hotel. All staff members have unique passwords and computers regularly prompt users to change their passwords. Email messages containing sensitive information are password-protected if there are insecure servers between the sender and the recipient. The security of computers and electronic storage systems, as well as access to them, is continuously monitored.


We will retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including the fulfillment of legal accounting and tax obligations/requirements.
